Member Responsibilities
We expect all congregation members to respond promptly to our automated text reminders. By replying 'Yes' to a reminder, you confirm your availability for the scheduled talk. This ensures the coordinator can efficiently manage the meeting schedule and identify any potential replacements if needed.
System Reliability
Our automated system is designed to deliver reminders with high precision. We send texts approximately one week, three days, and one day prior to each scheduled talk. While we strive for maximum reliability, please note that unforeseen technical issues may occasionally delay message delivery. We recommend checking your phone's message settings to ensure our coordinator can reach you.
Messaging Policy
We respect your privacy and your right to control how you receive communications. To ensure your experience is seamless, please review the opt-in and opt-out procedures below.
Opt-In Procedure
To receive automated reminders for congregation talks, please reply 'Yes' to any automated message from our system. This confirms your interest in receiving our weekly and pre-talk notifications.
Opt-Out Procedure
If you wish to unsubscribe from our messaging service, please reply 'No' to any automated reminder message. This will immediately stop all future notifications from being sent to your device.
